I am currently listing property in Rochester and SE Minnesota.  I have Active home buyers for Residential and New Construction Homes.  Each year Rochester experiences an influx of seasonal buyers with the Mayo Clinic Resident Program.  (Match Day 2024)  For the past 20 years, I have successfully assisted these medical professionals with their home search and purchase.

The fast paced spring market, and the COVID-19 pandemic, has put an added demand for experienced real estate agents.  The Mayo Clinic Campus has unique real estate needs for the transient population of medical professionals.  They require a REALTOR, GRI, ABR professional who can efficiently stage, and creatively market homes, and see the transaction to a successful close.  My "hands-on" approach is critical in these uncertain times, and is what sets me apart from other agents. This means I will schedule trades to do licensed repairs, make trips to the recycle center, or sell unwanted items with online marketing.

During the past 20 years, it has been my honor, and privilege, to serve the real estate needs of Home Buyers, and Home Sellers, in the community where I grew up. I enjoy working with families where we can both share our stories. I love to tour the City of Rochester with Rochester Home Buyers, and point out the sites, and explain how Rochester has developed over the years.  Money Magazine placed Rochester on their annual listing for the "Best City to Live."  Rochester placed first in 1993.

I have based my real estate business on the foundation of "service before self," serving as my clients advocate, with a shared  goal of solving my client's real estate needs in their best interest.  My "results-driven" education began during my early days fund raising, and developing marketing campaigns within Marketing Club, Public Relations Student Society, and two college newspapers. Later, I used my advertising and public relations skills with a sales career at AT&T.

Today, I use these well tested skills within Coldwell Banker, the world leader in real estate, to help my clients RELAX by helping make the process of buying, and selling, real estate in Rochester and SE Minnesota a fun and pleasant experience. (View "Client Reviews" Tab) Since 2003, I have successfully guided my clients along the journey of Rochester & SE MN New Home Construction, Rochester Minnesota Luxury Homes and Residential Real Estate, with the same care and expertise, as I would for my own family.  As a Rochester native, I know the community and the unique market dynamics. As the local market expert, I have a wide range of real estate experience, from luxury homes, new home developments, new construction, acreages, rural properties and bank owned foreclosure inventory. This experience brings a wealth of knowledge to buyers to help find an area, and a home, that is perfect for their needs.  As a member of the Minnesota Association of Realtors, and the SE Minnesota Association of Realtors, I act according to Realtor Code of Ethics, and perform my fiduciary duties as described by the National Association of Realtors.

Rochester, Minnesota has a unique history since its founding in 1854.  Rochester has always adapted to constant growth and change.  Today, Rochester is the epicenter for a new economic initiative, Destination Medical Center, DMC. The DMC initiative is a 20-year, $5.6 billion plan, which is the most ambitious economic plan in Minnesota history. The development plan will position Rochester as the world's premier destination for health and wellness; attracting people, business, investment opportunities and jobs.
